Duratray Queensland Pty Ltd ATF T & G Muller Family Trust, trading as Duratray Transport Equipment, is committed to delivering products and services for the manufacture, supply and installation of quality tray bodies and accessories that consistently meet customer, statutory, regulatory, and other applicable requirements while enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the long-term success of the organization.

Our Quality Management System is designed to support our purpose, strategic direction, and business objectives by promoting a culture of quality, ethical behaviour, customer focus, risk-based thinking, innovation, data integrity and continual improvement throughout all areas of our operations.

To achieve this commitment, Duratray will:

•                    Maintain an effective Quality Management System that conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001:2026.

•                    Promote leadership, accountability, competence, awareness, and engagement at all levels of the organization.

•                    Apply risk-based thinking and evidence-based decision-making to enhance organizational performance and customer satisfaction.

•                    Continually improve the suitability, adequacy, effectiveness, and performance of the Quality Management System, its processes, products, and services.

•                    Develop mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, partners, customers, and other interested parties to support sustainable business success.

 

This Quality Policy provides the framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives and is implemented, maintained, communicated, understood, and applied throughout the organization.

The policy is available as documented information and is made available to relevant interested parties upon request.

Top Management is responsible for ensuring that this policy remains appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization and supports its strategic direction.
